Madrid, 11th November, 2025. Prof. Nazario Martín, Professor in the Department of Organic Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemical Sciences of the Complutense University of Madrid and Vice-Director of IMDEA Nanociencia, has received the National Nanotechnology Award in a ceremony held at the PONS Foundation on the 4th November 2025 (Madrid).
The IV National Nanotechnology Award, promoted and sponsored by NOB166, recognizes Prof. Martín’s outstanding scientific career and contributions in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology.
This is the fourth edition of the award, which in previous years has been granted to Prof. Mª José Alonso (USC/IMDEA Nanociencia), Prof. Rodolfo Miranda (Director, IMDEA Nanociencia), and Prof. Laura Lechuga (ICN2).
